Spend an evening punting quietly on the idyllic river Cherwell in Oxford followed by a seated dinner in the riverside restaurant.  A perfect way to unwind and have fun on the river!

Traditional hand crafted punts, built on the premises are available to rent. Rowing boats and canoes are also available for hire.

Package options

Hire a punt, rowing boat or canoe to gently cruise down the river Cherwell. You will have one hour and a half to unwind or show off your rowing/punting skills to fellow colleagues or clients. A well deserved dinner is organised for your party at Cherwell Boathouse Restaurant. The menu is modern and English in style and it has a wine list that is particularly well known as being not only well priced, but also as being one of the most varied and comprehensive in the Oxford area, frequently receiving compliments in national, local and trade press.

Punting Package will include:

• 1 ½ hour in a punt on the river Cherwell (each boat holds up to 6 people)
• 3 course seated dinner at The Cherwell Boathouse Restaurant
• Drinks to the value of £30.00 per person
• Event management staff in attendance throughout the evening
