From his delightful 14th Century Hertfordshire home,
Jean-Christophe Novelli, the charismatic Michelin starred French
chef and star of the latest series of Hell's Kitchen, will spend an
informative and enjoyable day teaching you how to create some of
his favourite dishes.
Secrets of professional expertise that have taken years to
perfect, will be passed onto you, all in the space of one day. Jean
Christophe’s first love is cooking and he believes that with
a little guidance, we are all more that capable of creating 5 star
quality food.

Package options
Intensive Full Day
An intensive full day course working hands on, preparing and
tasting. Students will enhance their cookery skills and create
sumptuous dishes under the guidance of Jean-Christophe. The day can
also be conducted in the form of a "Hell's Kitchen" where
the group is split into two and competes with each
other. Students will take away aprons, goody bags and a
certificate with them at the end of the day. Maximum number of
people would be 8 for this type of course.
A "Tasting and Demonstration" Day
A “Tasting and Demonstration” day where students
spend a day at Jean-Christophe’s farmhouse watching him
personally demonstrate some of his famous signature dishes, or
quite possibly recipes from his new book “Everyday
Novelli”. Although people are not cooking directly there will
be space for interacting and asking questions.
