Quality

Cavendish has won a Corporate Event Association Award an impressive 8 times. We believe that this is an endorsement of our commitment to quality.

Quality is at the heart of everything that we do. For example, Cavendish includes items in its packages which are not normally provided by competitors. We believe this "extra mile" differentiates a good event from a truly memorable experience.

Cavendish only recruits staff who have the right blend of interpersonal skills, attention to detail and commitment to making an event special for its guests. They enjoy making the day run like clockwork, anticipating and resolving problems before they happen and seeing guests enjoying themselves.

Integrity

 Over the last 25 years, Cavendish has played an active role in improving the standards within the corporate hospitality industry through its contribution to the industry trade association, the CEA, of which Cavendish is a founder member. Jim Bignal, Cavendish Chairman, has been since the early 1990's as was Chris Bruton, Director, in 2001.
